Rhino-Back Roofing is a rapidly growing residential roofing company generating $32M annually across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts. As we expand our Connecticut field marketing team, we’re hiring motivated individuals who want to break into sales and build a high-income career.
What You'll Do:
- Drive to specific homes we’ve already scouted with visible roof damage (no random knocking)
- Have simple, friendly conversations with homeowners.
- Offer a free professional roof inspection.
- Book qualified inspections for our sales team.
Compensation (Uncapped Commissions):
- Earn a set commission for every qualified inspection appointment you set
- Top first-year reps: $80,000–$90,000
- Top performers: $100,000
- No cap on earnings – your income is directly tied to your effort and performance
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Afternoons, evenings Saturdays (peak hours)
- Performance-based schedule (“open to goal”)
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be willing to drive to Simsbury, CT - 2 times a week for team training
- Competitive, coachable, and willing to work outside in all seasons
- Comfortable talking to strangers through professional conversations
- Self-motivated, able to handle rejection
