Loader operator/ Maintenance tech

Job Overview
We are currently looking to fill a position for our loader operator and vehicle maintenance tech.

Duties

• Operate loader we use to move vehicles on the property, also in and out of buildings.
• Load and unload vehicles from the carriers contracted to haul our vehicles.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
• Perform and complete needed repairs and maintenance to our equipment and delivery fleet.
• Support other activities as needed to support operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Mechanical knowledge to perform repair needs.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site supervisors.
• Physical stamina to perform needed tasks in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
