What You’ll Do
- Load and unload refractory products into and out of shuttle kilns.
- Palletize materials and prepare them for transport or storage.
- Operate mechanical tools such as grinders, air ratchets, and air guns.
- Assist with tunnel loading and unloading processes.
- Perform team lifts and safely handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and report any equipment or process issues
- Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; team lifting required for heavier items.
- Forklift experience (sit-down automatic) is a strong plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
