Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinic staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Ensuring adequate inventory of medical supplies and medications
• Processing insurance prior authorizations for medications
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Liaison between office and vendors, pharma companies and insurance companies.
• Oversee front and back office operations
• Oversee time management of staff.
• Assist in medical collections and maintain accurate patient records.
• Submitting medical records to different companies
• Participate in training programs for staff development and continuous improvement.
• Cross train and supervise the front desk and medical assistants as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a medical office environment.
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in computerized systems; experience with Eclincal works is a plus
• Strong knowledge of medical coding practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
