Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of inside sales, sales development, or technical business development experience.
- Proven success generating pipeline in scientific, engineering, or advanced manufacturing markets.
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Experience executing multi‑channel outreach strategies and conducting in‑depth discovery conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to specialized audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market signals and provide actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, or technical teams on campaigns or content.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring or coaching junior team members.
- Experience working in a scientific instrumentation, biotech, or advanced manufacturing environment (e.g., RheoSense or similar).

- Frequent use of standard office equipment (computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, copier, etc.)
- Production and office environment with daily administrative duties.
