Objectives
- Assemble custom products and systems by following blueprints provided by Engineering team
- Fully competent in mechanical assembly
- Perform pneumatic/hydraulic/electric plumbing and routing but not connection/termination
- Occasional product cleaning post assembly and/or testing
- Occasional application of several levels of surface finish using pneumatic polishing tools
- Operate a variety of hand tools, portable power tools, and simple machine tools to assemble projects
- Assist in the installation, testing, and repair of all industrialrelated mechanical equipment utilized in Rheo projects
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals
- Utilize various precision gaging tools to check accuracy of assembly and fitting operations
- Perform and document routine maintenance on machine tools and equipment
- Complete all other tasks as assigned from time to time by the supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED
Experience:
- 2 years of technical assembly experience
- Proven experience reading blueprints, safety rules, equipment manuals, and procedure manuals
- Proven experience safely working with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and simple machine tools
Software:
- Ability to utilize computers and/or phone applications for email and messaging experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree or certification as a Mechanic or related technical field
Working Conditions
- Must be able to engage in the following physical activities: bend/stoop, climb stairs/ladders, squat, kneel, push/pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and use vibratory and other basic tools. These functions will be completed on an occasional to frequent basis, depending on the project.
- Expected to work the standard workday of 8 hours.
- Expected to work overtime upon supervisor request.
- Expected to travel upon request (510%)
