What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Rheem?
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for picking orders using an RF scanning gun in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer expectations while ensuring safety at all times.

Experience working in a fast-paced, distribution or warehouse environment preferred, but not required
High attention to detail and strong math skills to ensure accuracy
Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)
Work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis
Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery
Ability to work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time
Willing to work overtime as needed
Pull orders accurately as assigned for daily deliveries using an RF scanner
Stage orders according to truck location and verify the accuracy of pallets, etc.
Load trucks for daily and special deliveries
May use power equipment including, but not limited to forklift, hand tools, etc.
Recognize damaged product at any point in the process and take appropriate action
May operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery
Assist customers and/or drivers in loading materials into vehicles and trucks
Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
