Job Summary
We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Paid Social Media Manager to lead digital advertising across Meta platforms. You’ll oversee campaigns for both national marketing initiatives and local franchisee support—boosting brand awareness, driving event success, and amplifying our digital impact across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Manage audience targeting, creative, placements, and budget to meet defined goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-impact visuals and copy.
- Conduct A/B testing across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Stay ahead of Meta trends, algorithm changes, and ad policy updates.
- Provide technical oversight for onboarding to the corporate Business Manager and pixel set-up
- Support multiple campaigns across markets, meeting deadlines and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have a thorough working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time
- Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management
- Comfortable analyzing data using tools like Meta dashboards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify performance data for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a creative-meets-analytical mindset
