The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Director of Nursing Services to lead our home care nursing operations. You’ll oversee clinical quality, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and the overall patient experience. This is a key leadership role with strong organizational support.
What You’ll Do
- Direct all nursing services, assessments, and care plans.
- Lead staff training, orientation, and competency checks.
- Supervise nursing and paraprofessional teams; provide field support as needed.
- Drive quality improvement, infection control, and incident review.
- Ensure DOH, CMS, and agency compliance.
- Improve workflows, staffing, and clinical outcomes.
- Partner with leadership on strategy and performance goals.
What You Bring
- NYS RN license.
- Bachelor’s in Nursing.
- 3 years of nursing leadership/supervisory experience.
- 1 year in home care.
- Valid NY driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong clinical judgment and team leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 (based on experience)
