Full Time | Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite

A large, well-respected healthcare program serving the elderly population in the Bronx is seeking a Clinic Nurse to join their onsite team. This is a stable weekday role with strong salary, full benefits, and a supportive interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess participants’ physical, functional, and psychosocial needs using strong clinical judgment and observation skills.
• Document changes in participants’ conditions and communicate updates to the care team.
• Provide ongoing clinical updates to the interdisciplinary team.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate clinical procedures and ensure timely completion.
• Work with transportation teams to ensure participants get to appointments.
• Interact professionally and compassionately with participants and families.
• Perform TB or QuantiFERON testing for staff as needed; administer flu and COVID vaccines.
• Administer immunizations (influenza, pneumonia, hepatitis, PPD) to participants.
• Maintain clinic logs, track PHS, and monitor supply expiration dates.
• Notify leadership of equipment issues and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Coordinate with scheduling to ensure participants are seen on time.
• Participate in professional development and in-service programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.

Pay: $108,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
