What you’ll do

· Greet patients and provide a warm, professional experience at every interaction

· Manage incoming calls, answer questions, and direct patients appropriately

· Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately

· Prepare for patient visits by verifying insurance, confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, and sharing any necessary pre-visit instructions

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the EMR system

· Support the care team by ensuring patient needs are clearly communicated prior to visits

· Assist with front office organization and day-to-day tasks to keep the practice running smoothly

What you’ll bring

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· One to three years of experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred

· Experience with EMR systems strongly preferred (Athena experience is a plus)

· Ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
