What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Engineer position at RHC Engineering?
We are looking for a self-motivated civil engineer to work on exciting transportation projects.
1. Perform transportation project civil engineering design as needed
2. Develop project specifications, quantities, and cost data.
3. Develop civil engineering design plans based on survey basemaps
4. Develop right-of-way and utility relocation plans and estimates
5. Support plan and estimate development of other civil related items
6. Coordinate with project team to incorporate design elements into contract plans
7. Construction cost estimation and writing of project specifications
Qualifications:
1. BS in Civil Engineering required
2. Minimum one year relevant engineering experience in transportation design
3. Experience in general civil engineering, highway/bridge projects
4. Experienced using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Software, Microstation and Inroads
