Your Responsibilities
- Define and continually evolve the RH aesthetic
- Lead creative direction for the brand’s physical and visual environments -from conception to execution
- Create conceptual design narratives that fuse art, architecture, and interior design
- Curate and integrate art and antiques from both external sources and our internal catalog
- Set global design and presentation standards that define RH’s aesthetic
- Inspire, mentor, and develop creative talent, fostering a culture of innovation, imagination, and design mastery.
- Collaborate with senior creative, hospitality, sourcebook and architecture leaders to align vision, elevate execution, and ensure the creative integrity of every experience.
- Serve as a creative catalyst and design ambassador, continuously exploring new ideas, influences, and expressions that advance RH’s aesthetic evolution.
- 7 years of experience in interior design, creative direction, visual presentation, luxury hospitality, or brand environments.
- Proven experience leading conceptual design and creative direction for large-scale, multi-location environments
- Deep appreciation for art, architecture, and design
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills - able to articulate and champion creative ideas that influence across disciplines
- A visionary and conceptual thinker who attracts, develops, and inspires exceptional creative talent through passion, taste, and leadership
- Frequent travel to RH Galleries, hospitality locations, and vendor sites.
- Presence during installations, openings, and major design reviews, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Frequent standing and moving through large gallery spaces for extended periods; occasionally lifting of up to 25 lbs, following safety guidelines

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
