RH is seeking a Project Leader, People Experience, to elevate the systems, processes, and programs that support our people and cultivate our culture. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, develop, and refine people programs, processes, and tools that support the growth of the business
- Project manage key People Experience initiatives and deliverables, ensuring clarity, alignment, and on-time execution across cross-functional partners
- Analyze trends, data, and system insights to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions to leaders
- Provide timely HR education, support, and guidance for Leaders and Team Members across all levels of the organization
- Review, maintain, and ensure accuracy of requisitions; partner with hiring leaders on updates, approvals, closeouts, and recruitment workflow coordination
- Support onboarding and activation processes, including start date confirmation, conversions, document completion (including I-9), account accuracy, and system workflow management
- Troubleshoot systematic issues across Oracle HCM, ORC, and Journeys; drive resolutions that ensure a seamless and compliant Team Member experience
- Create and update onboarding tasks, templates, notifications, and compliance-related documentation; partner with Engineering to test and validate enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve existing programs and processes; support communication, rollout, and change management of new initiatives
- Communicate with Leaders and Team Members regarding paperwork, account setup, and general HRIS and People Operations support
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Talent, or related People Experience work
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle HCM, ATS, or comparable platforms)
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to educate and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience facilitating discussions, trainings, or sessions that engage and elevate teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and inform decisions
- High level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail when navigating systems, documentation, and workflows
- Experience in recruiting operations or requisition workflow coordination is a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism and sound judgment, including maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional lifting and carrying of documents, laptops, or materials related to onboarding or meetings
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with travel as needed to support People Team initiatives and onsite experiences

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
