Job Details for the Inventory Associate:
- Job Type: Full Time
- Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm (Overtime likely)
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Location: North East, MD - Cecil County- 8 minutes from I-95 and Route 272
- Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RH INVENTROY ASSOCIATE:

- Utilize Order Picker Forklift to accurately cycle count and perform style audits on product
- Conduct audits to ensure quality standards are met per Company standards.
- Responsible for accurately auditing put away and providing detail into inventory discrepancies
- Utilize RF scanners
- Inventory Associates are responsible for relabeling items accurately
- Comply with individual, team and department productivity, and performance goals such as cycle count percentage
- Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Abide by all company policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned by the lead
REQUIREMENTS OF AN RH INVENTORY ASSOCIATE:
- MUST be comfortable with heights
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to think critically and take feedback when given
- Basic mathematics and reading skills
- Be a team player and jump in where needed
- Posses reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED*
- Ideal candidates will have experience with operating an Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and will be comfortable with heights
- Ideal candidates for the role of Inventory Order Picker/Forklift Operator will have experience in one or more of the following areas of warehouse, distribution, stocking, picking, RF Scanning, loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, lumping, longshoreman etc. but all experience levels are welcome to apply
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE INVENTORY ASSOCIATE:
- Prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and reaching
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Walking as needed (must be able to walk for long periods periodically)
- Ability to consistently lift/ push/ pull a minimum of 50 lbs
