YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to drive sales, margin growth, and overall financial performance across multiple departments
- Lead brand strategy across all channels, partnering with Visual Merchandising, Creative Brand Marketing, and Web Merchandising to deliver impactful launches and experiences
- Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform product strategy and guide new product development
- Define and manage product assortment strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives, presenting key initiatives to senior leadership for alignment
- Oversee financial forecasting and lead regular performance reviews, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to optimize results
- Ensure flawless product and pricing execution, partnering with vendors to secure timely receipts and maintain quality standards
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of merchandising experience, with a proven track record in product strategy, assortment planning, and financial management at a senior level
- Expertise in luxury, home furnishings, textiles, or related lifestyle categories; experience in rugs or soft goods strongly preferred
- Proven ability to identify trends and translate them into commercially successful, brand-aligned product offerings
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial, sales, and consumer insight data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing and aligning executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with experience overseeing product development from concept to delivery
- Proficiency in merchandising systems, data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI), Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with additional expertise in Adobe InDesign for layout and design projects
