Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oxnard, CA for an Outlet Assistant Store Leader. The Assistant Store Leader will support daily operations, oversee retail sales activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a collaborative work environment. In partnership with the Store Leader, responsibilities include driving team success, maintaining organizational standards, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience at the outlet. The candidate will act as a role model, promoting RH values while leading efforts to achieve the store’s operational and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Highly developed Organization Skills to manage daily operations and maintain a well-organized retail space.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure consistent growth and development.
- Leadership abilities, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills are highly recommended assets.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership role is preferred.
