About the Position: Serves in a dual capacity as Chief, Programs and Project Management Branch and Deputy Chief, Planning, Project, and Programs Management Division (PPPMD). As Deputy Division Chief, assures consistent procedures and reporting with the civil works programs, and represents the Chief in overall program discussions. As Branch Chief, has oversight responsibility for the programs and project management activities related to the execution of the District's Civil Works program.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes working with project and program management business processes and tools AND experience in life-cycle program management involving complex-funded government programs related to Civil Works water resource programs and projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
