- Strong understanding of secure routing, session handling, and API development.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and customer-facing interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable applications and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to educate teammates.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Understand Structure Query Language protocols
- Comfortable creating and maintaining containerization methods and git protocols
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in a healthcare environment
- Work history involving HR systems, Employee Portals, Internal scheduling
- Love for leveling up the team, overcommunication with code documentation and comments
