We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise concrete finishing and carpentry tasks across various construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Duties
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute concrete forms, finishes, and carpentry work.
- Prepare and set up formwork , ensuring stability and alignment for concrete pouring.
- pour, and finish concrete with precision, utilizing hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth surfaces and desired textures.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to specifications to strengthen concrete structures
- Perform finishing tasks including troweling, smoothing, caulking, drywall installation, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and trim carpentry to enhance project aesthetics.
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently while handling materials like metal studs, drywall, and heavy lifting tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete finishing and carpentry tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools such as hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, saws, and cutting equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction specifications accurately.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to follow detailed construction plans.
- Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for all team members.
- Skills in rebar installation, formwork construction, concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and pumping are essential.
- Experience with renovation projects or restoration work is a plus.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions; ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if required.

Pay: $28.64 - $34.49 per hour
