Are you a natural leader with a passion for safety, service, and teamwork? R.H. Foster Energy is looking for a Delivery Driver Manager to lead our dedicated delivery driver team and ensure timely, efficient service for our valued customers.
What You'll Do:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of full-time and seasonal delivery drivers.
- Oversee scheduling to provide 24/7 delivery service.
- Maintain our delivery fleet, ensuring safety and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Foster a culture of safety and customer service through regular meetings, ride-alongs, and training.
- Participate in on-call rotation to handle after-hours emergencies.
- Support our mission to Be of Service, Make a Difference, and Build Trust.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- Class B CDL with (X) endorsement and clean driving record.
- Oil Burner Apprentice License and CETP Propane Endorsements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage compliance, safety, and performance standards.
