Decking/Patio Installation Lead

At RH Construction we focus on home remolding and residential construction. We pride ourselves in our work and our relationships with our clients.

We are looking for a motivated and hard working individual with a background in carpentry and home remodeling to add to our team. Individuals who have a diverse skill set are encouraged to apply. Compensation based on skill and experience. This is a lead field position, not management. This position oversees crew members when they are on site as well as works beside them or alone to accomplish the needed tasks to carry out our contracts. We have full BuilderTrend CRM integration and Leads are expected to photograph and daily log all activities at the conclusion of each work day. This position may transition to inside work for winter to support the Renovation/Construction side of the business during the winter.

Personal transportation is a requirement. Employees are expected to report directly to the daily job site. Work vehicles will be used and allocated on an as needed basis from shop. All sites are typically within 1 hour from company location in Green Lane, PA. Employees are expected to bring basic hand tools. All other tools and materials will be provided on site for the scope needed. This lead position reports directly to the construction management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
