Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues on motorcycles.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections.
- Repair and replace mechanical components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems with precision.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
- Assist customers by explaining repair needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the process.
- Conduct heavy lifting of motorcycle parts and vehicles safely to facilitate repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed service records, update work orders accurately, and ensure all work complies with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience with motorcycles or similar vehicles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- Familiarity with automotive repair tools including hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering devices, and suspension systems.
- Experience in brake repair, vehicle assembly, welding techniques, and general motorcycle maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
