We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Representative to join our team. Duties
- Educate prospective students about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus resources.
- Conduct outreach activities to recruit potential students through various channels including high schools, community events, and college fairs.
- Provide academic advising to students regarding course selection and program pathways.
- Deliver engaging presentations and public speaking sessions to groups of prospective students and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data using Ellucian or similar education administration software.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless transition for new students into the university environment.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to promote academic programs.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong background in academic advising or recruiting within higher education.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with education administration processes and systems, particularly Ellucian software is a plus.
- A passion for helping students achieve their educational goals and navigate the admissions process.
