This is a full-time on-site role located in Detroit, MI, for a Laborer at RGS Construction LLC. The Laborer will perform a variety of tasks, including site preparation, material handling, assisting skilled trades professionals, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities may also include operating hand and power tools, cleaning and organizing equipment, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

• Experience with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks
• Familiarity with operating hand and power tools
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, maintain physical stamina, and work in various weather conditions
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus
• Commitment to punctuality and dependability
