Experienced Motor Grader Operator
D&J Construction Company, a highway contractor, is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our team.
As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating the motor grader to excavate, build, level, and grade surfaces of highway projects to desired grade.
Responsibilities to include:
- Operate the motor grader to level and grade surfaces of highways and street projects
- Perform routine maintenance on the equipment
- Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating a Motor Grader
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Automated grade control experience a plus

- Primary job locations will be across NE Louisiana within 90 minutes of West Monroe
- Work hours will depend on the seasonal workload and job timing demands
