What you will work on
- Lead and execute month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting efficiency.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to streamline reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 1 year accounting experience is required
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- PeopleSoft or SAP experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $30-35/hr. (DOE)
