RGM Incorporated is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a Washington, DC government agency. This role focuses on production design, layout, and supporting federal communications projects.
Position Details:
- Full-time, on-site (Washington, DC – NW)
- 5-year 1099 contract
- 40 hours per week
- Hourly rate: $39.50
- Candidates must reside in DC, Maryland, or Virginia
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Experience supporting government or corporate clients (preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Brochures, posters, and publications (books or reports)
- Infographics and social media graphics
- Multi-page layout work
- Proficient in:
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices (Section 508 awareness a plus)
- Experience preparing files for print and digital distribution
Responsibilities:
- Support design and layout of print and digital materials
- Assist with production, formatting, and revisions
- Prepare files for production and delivery
- Collaborate with senior designers and project teams
