Job Summary
RGJ SmartGranite is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Cabinet Solutions Specialist to assist customers with cabinetry selections, project requirements, and customized design solutions. The ideal candidate will combine product knowledge, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to help customers find practical and attractive cabinet solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand cabinetry needs, preferences, and project requirements
- Recommend cabinet styles, materials, finishes, hardware, and related products
- Review measurements, layouts, and project specifications for accuracy
- Prepare product selections, estimates, and project documentation
- Coordinate with designers, installers, suppliers, and other project team members
- Provide product information and explain available cabinet solutions
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, changes, and project requirements
- Maintain accurate customer and project records
- Help resolve product or project concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, sales, or related fields preferred
- Strong knowledge of cabinet products, materials, and design options
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Ability to interpret basic layouts, drawings, and project specifications
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects effectively
