What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk position at RGBSI?
Responsibilities:
- Complete component picking based on priority system to support shop operations.
- Issue components to work orders making sure batch traceability is maintained.
- Restocking of components daily in the stockroom into VLMs (Vertical Lift Modules).
- Perform cycle counts on applicable inventory per the cycle count process requirements.
- Perform material movement transaction in SAP for components in and out of the stockroom.
- Process quality notifications for non-conforming components in the stockroom.
- Must adhere to all EH&S regulations and policies as well as attend required training courses related to EH&S.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with inventory in a controlled environment.
- Computer skills, proficient with O365 programs.
- Prior experience working with VLM's (Vertical Lift Module).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Openness to learning new systems/processes/technologies.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
