What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Associate position at RGBSI?
We are seeking a seasoned Material Handler to join our team at RGBSI. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and shipping various items.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details.
- Receive, check, store, issue, and ship a variety of items while maintaining inventory control.
- Utilize assistance and/or powered mechanical means to load, unload, store, and deliver incoming and outgoing material.
- Proficiently operate computer hardware and software.
Qualifications:
- Cycle count applicable inventory per established processes.
- Use assorted measuring and weight recording devices accurately.
- Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in a clean condition.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and independently.
- Excel in organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Comply with EH&S regulations, policies, and required training courses.
- Fulfill EH&S roles and responsibilities in line with the Cargo Policy MP 5322.
