Production Supervisor/Industrial Supervisor
Location: Theodore/Mobile, AL
Type: Direct Hire
Looking for a Production Supervisor/Industrial Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, support production goals, and manage a production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support production employees.
- Monitor daily production, quality, safety, and workflow.
- Troubleshoot production issues and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate materials, staffing, and production schedules.
- Review and use basic blueprints/drawings and production specifications.
- Maintain production records and communicate issues to Engineering, Quality, and other teams.
- Support process improvements, 5S, and efficient production flow.
Requirements:
- 5 years of manufacturing experience in a related environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to understand and use basic blueprints.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- High School Diploma/GED.
