Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam to produce precision components.
- Utilize Veri cut software to simulate and verify toolpaths, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Develop and optimize machining processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production standards.
- Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and tooling requirements.
Requirements:
- 5 years of CNC programming experience, preferably with Mastercam.
- Hands-on experience with Veri cut for toolpath verification.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret GD&T and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or defense manufacturing
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
