Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines using Mastercam to produce precision components.
• Utilize Veri cut software to simulate and verify toolpaths, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Develop and optimize machining processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production standards.
• Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and tooling requirements.

Requirements:

• 5 years of CNC programming experience, preferably with Mastercam.
• Hands-on experience with Veri cut for toolpath verification.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or defense manufacturing
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
