Description
RGA LLP is currently seeking Tax Associates to join our team. Based in Beverly Hills, we are a boutique firm specializing in tax compliance and planning real estate enterprises and related multi-generational families. Due to the composition of our client base and the nature of the transactions we see, we offer our staff unique opportunities for rapid professional growth and career advancement.
Tax Associates are primarily responsible for preparing tax returns, including supporting work papers for various type of returns such as individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, etc. Tax Associates also research and consult on various tax engagements; respond to inquiries from the IRS and other taxing authorities, prepare extensions and quarterly estimates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Upon hire, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license
- Excellent client service skills
- Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development
- Outstanding time, organization and project management skills
- Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proof that you have received a COVID-19 vaccination is required
