- Analyze project and job costs, comparing budgets with actuals during production phases.
- Prepare quote sheets and manage essential product documentation.
- Coordinate deadlines and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Develop both short-term and long-term project plans, setting clear milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Make confident decisions when faced with multiple options for advancing a project.
- Serve as a key point of contact when multiple teams are involved, ensuring coordinated and harmonious efforts.
- Keep leadership informed and ensure alignment between project execution and organizational goals.
- Maintain high standards through ongoing quality control at every stage of project development.
- Effectively convey project needs and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
