We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to elevate the guest experience, drive revenue growth, and manage overall operational and financial performance.Position Overview The General Manager will lead all day-to-day operations of Mattie’s, including staff management, sales strategy, financial oversight, and risk management. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen and a proven ability to increase profitability while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for guests and employees alike.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate bar, floor, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest service.Develop and implement creative sales strategies, promotions, and events to increase revenue.Analyze financial statements and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and cost control.Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to optimize margins.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including ABC, health, and labor laws.Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and overall labor cost efficiency.Maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and fun.Work closely with the Owner and CFO to execute strategic goals and manage financial performance.Proactively manage risk, ensuring safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of the business.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or nightclub management.Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager.Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.Strong understanding of restaurant financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, COGS, labor ratios).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of local market trends and ability to attract and retain clientele.High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Benefits401(k) with company matchHealthcare coveragePaid vacationOpportunity to lead one of West Hollywood’s most exciting nightlife destinationsSalary Range $100,000 to $115,000 per year
