About the Position: Serves as a Facility Operations Specialist performing as a project manager for various Operations & Maintenance Projects. Solves complex issues associated with operation, maintenance, and major repairs to District Floating Plant, Locks and Dams and Rivers Project Facilities to include Physical Support and Service Base.
This position will be located in St. Louis, MO and will allow for situational telework only. This position is NOT eligible for full time telework.

Minimum Qualifications NH-03:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and/or supporting documentation for maintenance, service, and/or various other contracts; ensuring operation and/or maintenance programs are in compliance with technical requirements; and administering various repair, service, supply, and/or construction contracts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
