We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Analyst to join our team in Charleston, West Virginia. In this role, you will analyze staffing data, monitor workforce metrics, and develop reports to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Include

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Creating detailed reports and dashboards for management to support strategic decision-making
• Forecasting staffing needs based on historical data and business forecasts
• Collaborating with HR and operations teams to implement workforce strategies
