In this position, you will leverage industry-leading recruiting tools, social media platforms, and a robust applicant tracking system to source, screen, and build relationships with top talent in government, aerospace, and defense sectors. You will conduct interviews, perform reference checks, negotiate pay rates, and collaborate with clients and internal teams, including compliance.
Qualifications include at least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a self-motivated, energetic attitude. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
