We are seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence, HCLS in Denver, Colorado to lead and support financial analysis for healthcare and life sciences transactions.

• Conduct detailed financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate target companies and identify key risks and opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and client use.
• Support transaction processes, including deal structuring and negotiations.
