Key Responsibilities: Conduct valuation modeling using Argus Enterprise and Excel, review appraisal reports, evaluate lease structures, analyze financial statements of tenants, and perform lease abstracting. Develop portfolio reports, assist in budgeting, analyze property performance, and support acquisition/disposition activities. Conduct market research and represent the firm externally. Improve operational processes through automation and data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills: 1-3 years of experience in real estate, investment management, or finance; Bachelor's degree in related fields. Proficiency in Argus Enterprise, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities with integrity and discretion.
