Production Operations Supervisor

Join a dynamic team supporting pharmaceutical packaging operations in Columbus, OH. This onsite role offers a sign-on bonus and involves managing daily operations under supervision to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Developing and analyzing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintaining SOPs in accordance with cGMPs and supporting quality initiatives.
• Mentoring and training staff, leading safety and 5S initiatives.
• Assisting with equipment troubleshooting, setup, and quality checks.
• Managing record keeping, editing batch records, and supporting investigations.
• Overseeing daily department operations such as staffing, payroll, and performance management.
• Supporting compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety rules.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
