- Handle finance documentation, UCC filings, and payment collections.
- Maintain strong customer and vendor communication, demonstrating professionalism.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or accounting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management, procurement, or the dental industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with technology platforms like Microsoft 365 and SAP is preferred.
