Role: Shipper/Receiver
Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts, load and unload raw materials and finished products, communicate effectively with drivers, identify and locate products using pick lists and signage, utilize FIFO system, guide trucks for safe loading/unloading, and learn additional shipping and scale house duties. Must adhere to safety policies and knowledge of railcar unloading, Trackmobile operation, and railroad safety is a plus.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, legal authorization to work in the U.S., forklift certification, ability to read pick lists, lift up to 76 lbs., and pass physical and fit-for-duty tests. Ability to work outside, occasionally work overtime, including weekends, and think quickly on your feet.
Skills: Safe forklift operation, effective communication, attention to safety, ability to identify materials, and willingness to learn.
