Parcel Packer

Role: The Parcel Packer supports warehouse operations by ensuring accurate monitoring and packing of parcel shipments for product distribution.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify parcels to ensure correct items are shipped
• Monitor and document parcel information using designated software
• Communicate with the Parcel Lead to resolve discrepancies
• Organize workspace for safety and efficiency
• Perform safety procedures and maintain departmental standards
• Conduct 5S walks and support continuous improvement
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-6 months experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand safety and quality instructions in English
• Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Physical ability to stand/sit for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical movements such as bending and reaching
  
  

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: Must work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and heavy equipment, with exposure to varying temperatures.
