- Developing and executing operational strategies
- Leading a technical team in testing, commissioning, and system integration
- Managing P&L, resource planning, quality, safety, and project delivery
- Building client relationships and vendor partnerships
- Establishing a new business unit from scratch, including recruiting and training staff
- Collaborating with leadership to align vision, translate goals, and ensure operational excellence
- Implementing systems, processes, and KPIs within an EOS framework
- 7 years in power systems testing, commissioning, or utility operations
- Proven leadership managing teams, budgets, and projects
- Strong knowledge of protective relaying, automation, and SCADA
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build structure from the ground up
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with EOS or similar systems is preferred
