We are seeking an experienced Steering System Hardware Design Engineer responsible for designing high-quality steering hardware components and systems that meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.

- Leading, mentoring, and overseeing junior engineers and project teams.
- Planning and coordinating activities across design, testing, manufacturing, and procurement.
- Creating schedules, milestones, and sharing progress with stakeholders.
- Modeling parts and systems in 3D using CATIA and producing detailed drawings and specifications.
- Managing costs, ensuring quality, and meeting delivery goals.
- Sharing technical updates, proposing innovative solutions, and applying new technologies to improve processes.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in automotive component/system design, particularly in chassis, steering, EPS, or related areas.
- Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA V5/V6) and MS Office.
- Experience in automotive industry sector and system modeling (kinematics preferred).
