Role Overview
Responsible for building, integrating, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing spacecraft hardware, ground-support, and production equipment. Support assembly and testing across mechanical, electrical, thermal, fluid, and electromechanical systems. Fabricate and inspect wire harnesses, interpret engineering drawings and schematics, diagnose hardware issues, and implement corrective actions. Develop manufacturing processes, improve work instructions, and maintain accurate documentation. Support production activities, inventory management, and mentor team members in assembly techniques and equipment operation.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum five years of hands-on experience with aerospace or complex electromechanical hardware. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, proficiency in wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting from drawings and schematics. Familiarity with aerospace standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620). Skilled with hand tools, measurement equipment, and test instruments. Attention to detail, ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments, and capability to support broader manufacturing activities.
Compensation & Benefits
