Experienced Maintenance Technician responsible for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and special machines, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
Inspects equipment, performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses issues, disassembles, and executes repairs independently.
Operates machine tools, performs welding and sheet metal work, and tests equipment post-repair for proper function and safety.
Plans major repairs, requisitions parts, and may troubleshoot electronic controls. Adheres to safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out.
Requires a minimum of five years' journey-level experience, electrical/electronic knowledge, and a journeyman certification.
Physical ability to climb, bend, and transport throughout the plant. Works mainly in an unconditioned environment.
