We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT Operations Team.
Key responsibilities include: supporting Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Management), providing technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software, configuring and securing company computers using endpoint management tools, responding to service requests, installing and upgrading hardware and software, documenting IT incidents and solutions, automating manual processes, maintaining IT assets, and staying current with IT trends.
Qualifications: high school diploma or higher, 3-4 years of technical support experience, familiarity with Atlassian tools, experience with AV equipment, excellent communication, troubleshooting skills, strong knowledge of Windows OS and common applications, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred: Atlassian expertise, certifications (Jumpcloud), Google Workspace, API knowledge, ITIL experience.
